Vector is the name of the skin (aka Theme) that Wikipedia switched over to back in May of 2010 (my, how time flies).
Always staying on top of the newest technologies (*cough*), HITS has transitioned the Tally Hallmanac over to the Vector skin. Finally! The Tally Hallmanac is looking sharp! I’ll probably continue to tinker with some things… maybe change the fonts or something… but the main look of it is there.
