How much of the video for “Two Wuv” was fiction? (I mean like, the natural conversations & such before the “noise” during the seance, not the obviously fake stuff)

I’m fairly certain the whole idea from start to finish was thought out, though I’d bet much of the conversations were improvised. I don’t know first-hand knowledge of that, though.
